FAQ

Where are you located?

We are located in the South Valley in Albuquerque, NM. We shoot indoors, and lighting/backgrounds are completely controlled, so you never have to worry about the weather ruining your shoot! Please note that we are on the second floor and that our building does not have an elevator. We are happy to help carry your wardrobe once you arrive. Call or text us.

How soon will I receive my gallery of images?

Your images will be available within 5 days of your shoot. If you need to rush your images there is a $20 fee to receive them within 48 hours.

Can I reschedule my shoot?

We understand that things can and do come up - especially in our industry! Your deposit is good to transfer over to a one-time reschedule with at least a 7 day notice. (For industry bookings that pop up sooner than this, we can make an exception with proof of booking.) If you need to reschedule a second time, your deposit will be forfeited and a new $60 deposit will be required to book another date. We suggest that you treat the headshot session like a booking and alert your reps when accepting a date.  Your deposit can be held for up to six months from original booking for your one-time reschedule.

Are reshoots offered?

The short answer is no. You must arrive prepared and ready to roll. We will be showing you the shots as they are being captured on a monitor, so if you wish to change something (such as hair, makeup, or wardrobe), make sure to speak up and let us know AS we are shooting!
